The date is uncertain and it may change if any delays happen in event planning arrangements. Anything will be informed to you in advance and give you sufficient time to make your travel plans. Due to some unavoidable situations, if you can’t participate with us in a live event festival we arrange for virtual participation. Also, your respective award and benefits will be sent to your hands via courier service.
